Since 1999, RE/MAX Parkside in Paso Robles has been the Central Coast's most productive real estate office. Their secret is simple: serve the community, and put people first.
For years, RE/MAX Parkside real estate in Paso Robles struggled to find the right web solutions for their online needs. Their two websites—viz., the Parkside office website and www.upwithkids.org, their community-service organization—were doing very little to help them. The former was outdated in its content and design, not well-built, practically invisible with respect to SEO, and did not serve users or convert them into customers. The latter was built in the early 2000’s and had hardly been touched since, and it looked like it.
In spite of their fierce commitments to serving the community and putting people first, RE/MAX Parkside’s website was not helping them nor their customers.
In creating the new RE/MAX Parkside website, we started with two priorities. First, we needed to understand their business model and organizational goals, and how the new website needed to serve those purposes. Second, we needed to make sure that the new site conformed to the RE/MAX corporate brand standards.
We addressed the first by creating a website designed primarily to encourage users to sign up for access to their massive exclusive-listings inventory (which is also the largest of its kind on the Central Coast). To address the second, we simply did what we do best, which is brand. The website employs creatively-applied colors, typography, and other elements of the RE/MAX brand, not only tying the new site’s aesthetic to the corporate brand, but also allowing RE/MAX Parkside’s unique voice and values to stand on their own two feet.
