By partnering with local churches in Kenya and the U.S., KBM aims to plant churches and train pastors in order to help make an impact in Kenya through the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Challenge
Kenya Baptist Ministries had an ambitious, four-pronged strategy for sowing Gospel seeds, planting biblical churches, and training biblical leaders in Kenya. KBM founder and pastor George Binoka had an extensive network of potential partners, but needed an effective identity capable of communicating KBM’s vision and bringing people on board to join their mission.
The Solution
The KBM brand is grounded in target research and a deep, clear understanding of their values and goals as an organization, and incorporates Kenya’s national identity. The logo mark, for instance, is comprised of modern, stylized interpretations of the shape of the nation of Kenya, and colors and elements of the Kenyan flag. The aim of the overall brand aesthetic voice was to be conversational, personable, dramatic, and affecting. The website was strategically designed to engage and convert users and turn them into partners in the KBM mission.
