Cornerstone Family Chiropractic serves active families in the Prescott, Arizona area with first-in-class preventative chiropractic care so they can stay free to keep doing life on their terms.

The Challenge
For years, Cornerstone Family Chiropractic has been one of most visible chiropractors in the Prescott, AZ area. While owner Dr. Robert Boehland has always believed in a preventative, natural-healthcare approach, they struggled with how to say that and set themselves apart from how people typically understand chiropractic.
As a result, they spent years serving short-term customers who were looking for a cost-effective adjustment so their neck or back would stop hurting. Similarly, a website that was extremely busy but that communicated poorly produced low-quality leads and a low conversion rate.
The Solution
Through extensive brand exploration and target-customer research, the new Cornerstone brand bridges the communication gap with a visual and verbal voice that speaks loudly at the intersection of what Cornerstone does best and what their target customer values most. As a result, the new CFC brand voice consists of a modern-Americana-meets-retro-outdoors style that heavily utilizes northern-Arizona elements—most notably Granite Mountain, one of the iconic landmarks of Prescott, where Cornerstone is located.
Furthermore, the beautiful new CFC website is modern, clear, and does a much better job of filtering out less-than-ideal while converting targets to customers.
