de la Riva Brands is an independent creative studio whose focus is branding, strategy & web design.
I am Tony de la Riva, a multi-disciplinary designer + art director. de la Riva Brands is essentially a one-man army, and I am that man.
I am a multi-disciplinary, award-winning designer with over 20 years of experience. During my design career, I’ve worked in agencies, in-house, and as an independent, and have done almost everything—web development, UX/UI design, packaging, print design for every conceivable print purpose, campaign strategy, messaging, copy writing, and a lot of identity development.
While I have a strong network of high-level creative professionals on whom I can call if/when needed, I enjoy doing most of the work myself and being able to provide my clients with the personal service and attention that is necessary for a successful project.

About Tony de la Riva
I am originally from Fresno County, California, and went to design school in Phoenix, AZ, in 2003. I became a Christian one year later, in 2004, and less than two years later I met my wife Beki, whom I married in 2007. While in Arizona I earned a second degree, a BA in biblical and pastoral studies. After graduating, I returned to California with my young family where we spent almost 10 years on the Central Coast, most of that in San Luis Obispo, which really became “home” for us. During that time, I began chipping away at a third degree, an MDiv at The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, CA.
During our time in SLO County, I was fortunate as a designer to be able to work with some of the most recognizable brands on the Central Coast. In 2016, while still with BCA in SLO, I was the lead designer on a City of San Luis Obispo tourism account that won a Poppy Award for Best Overall Marketing Campaign in the state of California.
In January of 2017, I left the agency world and started de la Riva Brands.
In March of 2020, I relocated once again with my family to the Prescott, AZ area, where I serve part-time as an associate pastor of Firm Foundation Bible Church, where part of my responsibilities include overseeing all communications and marketing endeavors.
My wife Beki and I have four children, Chloe, Daisy, Manasseh (“Nas”), and Israel.
